Adopting joint rules of the Senate and House of Delegates.
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Delegates governing the seventy-fourth Legislature are hereby adopted to govern the proceedings of the seventy-fifth Legislature, subject to subsequent amendment.
